Tasting notes
Foxglove Chardonnay is unoaked but had its lees stirred regularly contributing to the wine's caressing texture. It did not undergo malolactic fermentation in order to preserve juicy, fresh acidity. The resulting wine is one of California's best chardonnay values - full of fruit, and beautifully balanced.
