Production notes

The fruit for the 2013 Viognier was harvested between September 6 and Sept. 8th, 2013. The majority of the fruit came from McManis Estate Vineyards and averaged 27.9 Brix at harvest. The juice was cold fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain the unique fruit characteristics of Viognier.
