Product notes
The Valpolicella Classico is a perfect wine for discovering the expression of the indigenous grape varieties from the Veneto region. Indeed, unlike Valpolicella Ripasso and Amarone, the grapes are vinified directly after the harvest. Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel vats. After pressing and settling, the wine is aged in barrels for 12 months.
Tasting notes
Ruby color with a beautiful intensity. Bouquet of red and black berries, violets and sweet spices. On the palate, a beautiful structure with velvety tannins. Nervous and elegant, aromas of black fruits, spices and chocolate. A freshness that brings a nice balance to the wine. Perfect with a nice plate of cold cuts and cheese.
