Production notes

After the fermentation, the pomaces of pressed grapes are transferred into small copper kettles. The distillation is made by a discontinuous steam-system. The steam warms up the pomaces slowly, enhancing the fragrance and taste. By distilling at low pressure and very slowly, it is possible to obtain a product which is very well balanced, aromatic, and full bodied. By the discontinuous system, “head and tail” are naturally separated.

Tasting notes

Bright golden yellow in colour; intense on the nose with spicy notes. Dry on the palate, very refined displaying an austere taste.
