Located in the Penedès region, Parés Baltà is a family-owned vineyard with a winemaking tradition dating back to 1790. Today, the estate produces a wide range of high-quality wines and cavas that have received numerous accolades both nationally and internationally. Production notes
After a light maceration of four hours, the grapes were lightly pressed, and then fermented in new and 2nd year French (Allier) and Hungarian barrels for 18 days at an average temperature of 17ªC. After the fermentation, the ageing was continued in the same barrels for 4 months over the lees and applying periodic battonages.
Tasting notes
Pale yellow colour with light greenish tints. Clear and transparent. Good intensity, with notes of very mature white fruits and floral tones. Soft, with a voluptuous body and a creamy texture coming from the battonage. The fruit predominates again over the wood, leaving a pleasant and balanced finish.
