Production notes

Fermentation and maceration for 20 days with regular punching down and topping of the cap.

Tasting notes

July 2020 (Vintage 2018)

Aromas of currants, flowers and orange blossom follow through to a full body with very fine tannins that are tight and polished. Beautiful length and polish. Better after 2021.

Bruce Sanderson, October 2018 (Vintage 2016)

Bright, bursting with black cherry, plum, leather, menthol and spice flavors. Smooth and harmonious, with fine grip on the earth- and mineral-tinged finish. Sangiovese and Merlot. Drink now through 2028.
