Edetària

Terra Alta Via Terra 2019

Smells of grapefruit and chalk and elderflowers. The fruit is crisp and the acidity has a crunchy heart but lacy, hazy-soft edges. More floral in the mouth than on the nose. Delicate quinine finish, as if drawn with a quill.
