About this winery

The vineyard sources for our wines stretch from western Sonoma county, some five miles from the Pacific to Carneros, just north of San Francisco Bay. Product notes

Les Noisetiers is a combination of three Sonoma Coast sites (Vine Hill Vineyard, Dutton Ranch, and Trenton Roadhouse) and emphasizes the area’s sandy Gold Ridge soils. The vinification draws on techniques used in Burgundy. The result is one of the most luxurious and complex white wines made in this county, possessing a minerality rare in New World Chardonnay.

2022 (Vintage 2019)

A chunky and rather dense chardonnay that is tight and energetic at the same time. Lilacs and flowers. Full-bodied with chewy tannins. Mountain-fruit character. Dry-farmed. Old-school nature to this. One for aging!

2022 (Vintage 2019)

Light butterscotch note on the nose and a slightly sweeter wine than the Ramey, Woolsey Road 2018 and Kongsgaard 2019 tasted alongside. Though there is the same green streak as in the Ramey. Classic California Chardonnay.
