Antonio Galloni, 2018 (Vintage 2016)

The 2016 Deyrem Valentin is soft, plush and inviting. Dark cherry, chocolate, new leather, licorice and spice are pushed forward in a silky, supple Margaux that offers tremendous near and medium term appeal. Floral notes add brightness on the finish as the 2016 acquires a bit more finesse with time in the glass.

(Vintage 2016)

Nez racé et bien développé, grand fruit et joli boisé, bouche chaleureuse et enveloppante, s’adossant sur des tannins serrés. Énergique et solide. Du potentiel.

Mid crimson. Pretty good depth of colour. Heady nose – really rather smart. Obviously youthful but proper sleek, perfumed, satin-textured Margaux. Very youthful though.
