About this winery

Three hundred years ago the Moris Family left Spain and settled in the Tuscan Maremma. A fresh and genuine love for a still virgin land, barely touched by the cumbersome presence of man, yet rich in extraordinary natural resources whose value is enhanced by doting hands. Production notes

Vinified in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. The grapes were macerated for a period of 15 days. They were pumped over twice a day during this period. The wine was bottled after 4 months (without spending any time in oak). After another 2 months in the winery, the wine was released onto the market

Tasting notes

Rich and fascinating, alive with aromas of raspberry, cherry, currants, and cloves. Balanced, soft with silky tannins.

Le Devoir
Jean Aubry, May 2021 (Vintage 2018)
