Tasting notes
The vines are situated on the hillside overlooking the village of Savigny, in close proximity to the Champlains. Nonetheless, this parcel has a distinct identity due to its name: Perrières which roughly translates to “piles of rocks” or “quarry”. The wine is structured and firm with a very long finish, well balanced with beautiful minerality.
