CLOS DES FOUS - Cabernet Sauvignon Würm - 2014

CLOS DES FOUS

Cabernet Sauvignon Würm 2014

- 90 points -

It fermented in stainless steel with a slow malolactic and aging in French oak barrels with lees for two years. This always feels more mainstream and with a commercial, oaky profile with notes of graphite and cedar wood, hints of tobacco leaves and cracked peppercorns. It has the freshness of 2013, with fine tannins and a medium body, quite tasty.
